New phone
Do you have a new smartphone, but will you continue to use your existing number? In that case, you can simply install the Bold App, after which you can log in. If you do this, you will automatically be logged out on the previous smartphone.
New number
Do you have a new phone number as well? Then you need to change your phone number first. You can do this by going to the menu (top right) and clicking on your name (at the bottom of the menu). Subsequently, you will receive a confirmation code on your new phone number.
Login with email address
If you can no longer access your old phone number, it’s still possible to change your phone number. In that case, you should log in on your new phone using your email address (instead of your phone number). Enter the old phone number when logging in. Then, select ‘Log in with your email address’ and change the phone number as described above.
