In the Bold app, you can easily manage the settings for your Bold Clicker. Follow these steps to adjust or review your Clicker’s details:

Navigate to My Devices:
Open the Bold app and tap the house icon located at the bottom middle of the screen. -
Select Your Bold Clicker:
Choose the Bold Clicker from the list of devices. -
Access the Settings:
A pop-up window will appear. Tap the three bars on the right to open the settings menu.
Here’s a breakdown of the options available to you:
Device Information
- Name: This is the name you have assigned to your Bold Clicker. You can edit it by tapping on the name field.
- Model: Displays the product type of your Clicker.
- Serial Number: The unique identifier for your Bold Clicker. This may be needed if you contact Bold’s support team.
- Owner: The individual who originally set up and owns the Clicker.
- Firmware Version: Shows the software version installed on the Clicker. If a firmware update is available, you will see a warning triangle. We recommend keeping the firmware up to date to ensure optimal performance.
Manage
- Uninstall Device: If you no longer need the device, this option allows you to remove it from your account.
- My Device is Lost: If you have lost your Bold Clicker, use this feature to disconnect it from your Bold Smart Cylinders, preventing unauthorized use.
Configure
- All Your Locks: This section shows which Bold Smart Cylinders are paired with your Bold Clicker. You can assign or unassign locks as needed.
Note: When setting up a Bold Clicker, you may see Bold Smart Locks in your device list that you cannot access. This happens if the owner of those Bold Smart Locks has not granted you permission to use the Clicker with their locks. In that case, you will not be able to select or use the lock with your Clicker.
Synchronize
- When your Bold Clicker is nearby, you can synchronize it with new settings or locks by using this option. This ensures all changes are applied to the device.
