How to return your order?

Register your return by email within 14 working days using the return form. You can use the enclosed return label to return the product. Returns are free.

Please return the product undamaged, preferably in its original packaging. Additionally, make sure you’re no longer the owner of the Bold product. You can confirm this as follows: open the Bold App, go to ‘Settings’ (bottom right), press ‘Owner,’ and select ‘Remove lock.’

After receiving your return, Bold’s Customer Service Department will process it. From that moment, it will take up to 14 days for us to refund the purchase amount to the bank account known to us.

If the product is damaged, or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on the value reduction of the product to you. So please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.
