The Bold Controller allows you to integrate existing wired electronic locking systems, such as gates, garage doors, or central doors.
The Bold Controller allows you to integrate existing wired electronic locking systems, such as gates, garage doors, or central doors. You can manage and share access from the Bold App. If you want to activate the controller, please use the push button of the Bold Connect. You can do this in the Bold App, too (as is the case with the Bold Smart Cylinder).
Please check the specifications of your electronic locking system to confirm compatibility. You can program the relay interface of the Bold Controller for different types of electronic locking systems using the Bold App. The maximum switching current is 3A at 250VAC.
Important installation information: for the Controller functionality, the existing electronic locking system is connected to the 2-wire interface on the Bold Connect. We recommend that you check the specifications of your electronic locking system once again, so you can correctly confirm the wiring of the push button switch.
Note: it is possible to use 1 Connect as gateway and controller at the same time but Bold Smart Cylinder and Connect/Controller must be within bluetooth range of 1-3 m.
