# Que faire lorsque la porte coince?
## Une porte qui coince ne pose aucun problème au Bold Smart Lock. Contrairement à de nombreuses serrures intelligentes motorisées qui nécessitent une puissance supplémentaire pour s’ouvrir, le Bold Smart Lock permet de déverrouiller la porte manuellement, comme avec une clé traditionnelle.
Lorsque tu utilises le Bold Smart Lock, tu peux exercer autant de force qu’avec un cylindre classique (et souvent même plus). Cela rend l’ouverture d’une porte coincée simple et gérable, sans dépendre de la puissance d’un moteur.
Il est toutefois important de noter que même si le Bold Smart Lock peut t’aider à ouvrir une porte coincée, il ne résout pas le problème à l’origine du blocage. Une serrure rigide ou difficile à tourner est un souci fréquent (surtout sur les portes anciennes ou par temps froid), et nous recommandons de faire appel à un professionnel si le problème persiste.
**Astuce :** Si tu rencontres ce problème régulièrement, vérifie si la porte ou le cadre est déformé, si le pêne n’est pas aligné avec la gâche ou s’il y a un gonflement lié à l’humidité. Ces facteurs sont souvent en cause et peuvent être corrigés grâce à un entretien ou un ajustement approprié.
En comprenant comment gérer une porte coincée, tu peux continuer à faire confiance à ton Bold Smart Lock pour une expérience fluide et sécurisée, même quand la porte fait de la résistance.
