## Chez Bold, nous savons que vous attendez votre commande avec impatience. C’est pourquoi nous avons conçu notre processus d’expédition pour qu’il soit rapide, transparent et simple.

Chez Bold, nous savons que vous attendez votre commande avec impatience. C’est pourquoi nous avons conçu notre processus d’expédition pour qu’il soit rapide, transparent et simple.
#### **Comment sont calculés les frais de livraison ?**
Les frais de livraison dépendent de trois facteurs :
1. **Le pays de destination**
2. **Le transporteur que vous choisissez** (par exemple DHL, GLS, PostNL ou UPS)
3. **Le montant total de votre commande** (inférieur ou supérieur à 100 €)
Les frais de livraison exacts et les options de transporteurs disponibles pour votre adresse sont toujours affichés avant de valider votre commande, pour que vous n’ayez jamais de surprise.
#### **Expédition rapide & suivi en temps réel**

Nous faisons tout notre possible pour expédier votre colis le jour même.
- **Livraison rapide :** La plupart des commandes livrées aux Pays-Bas et Belgique arrivent sous 48 heures. Pour les autres pays, le délai peut être un peu plus long, selon le transporteur et la destination.
- **Toujours un suivi (Track & Trace) :** Dès que votre commande est expédiée, vous recevez un e-mail contenant un lien de suivi. Vous pouvez ainsi suivre votre colis en temps réel et savoir exactement quand il sera livré.
- **Transporteurs fiables :** Nous travaillons uniquement avec des partenaires de livraison reconnus, afin que votre commande arrive rapidement et en toute sécurité.
