# Wie starte ich mit Bold?
## Dein Schritt-für-Schritt-Guide zur Einrichtung, Nutzung und Entriegelung deines Bold Smart Locks.
Dein Bold Smart Lock ist gerade angekommen? Perfekt. Diese Anleitung führt dich durch alle wichtigen Schritte – von der Installation bis zur Bedienung – damit du sicher und smart loslegen kannst.
### 1. Lade die Bold App herunter
Gehe in den [App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/bold-smart-lock/id1445349974) (iOS) oder Google Play Store (Android) und lade die **Bold App** herunter. Die App ist deine zentrale Steuerzentrale für alles rund um dein Bold Smart Lock.
### 2. Erstelle dein Bold-Konto
Öffne die App und wähle eine der drei Optionen zur Kontoerstellung:
- Mit Apple fortfahren
- Mit Google fortfahren
- Mit Passwort anmelden
Wähle, was für dich am besten passt, und folge den Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.
### 3. Registriere dein Schloss in der App
Entferne zunächst den Batteriestreifen deines Bold Smart Locks. Dadurch wird das Schloss aktiviert und die Innen-Taste leuchtet grün.
Öffne dann die Bold App und tippe auf das **Pluszeichen (+)** oben rechts. Der Installationsassistent führt dich Schritt für Schritt durch die Kopplung mit deinem Konto.
### 4. Installiere das Schloss in der Tür
Jetzt ist die physische Montage dran. Folge dem [**Installationsleitfaden**](https://knowledgebase.boldsmartlock.com/de/knowledge/wie-wird-der-bold-smart-cylinder-installiert?hsLang=de), um dein Bold Smart Lock korrekt in der Tür zu befestigen. Schnell, präzise und optimal ausgerichtet.
### 5. Bediene dein Bold Smart Lock
Nach Installation und Registrierung kannst du das Schloss auf zwei Arten bedienen:
- **Von innen**: Drücke einmal auf die Innen-Taste, um das Schloss zu aktivieren. Danach kannst du den äußeren Knauf drehen, um die Tür zu öffnen, zu verriegeln oder zu entriegeln.
- **Von außen**: Stelle dich in die Nähe der Tür mit geöffneter App, drücke die Taste in der App und drehe dann einfach den Knauf zum Öffnen der Tür.
Dreht der Knauf frei durch? Prüfe, ob Bluetooth und Standortdienste auf deinem Smartphone aktiviert sind.
### 6. Füge Nutzer zu deinem Bold Smart Lock hinzu
Tippe in der App auf das **Personen-Symbol** links neben der Aktivierungstaste. Hier kannst du:
- Neue Nutzer hinzufügen
- Bestehende Nutzer verwalten oder entfernen
- Zugänge per QR-Code, SMS, E-Mail oder WhatsApp teilen – was dir am besten passt

### 7. Passe deine Schlüsseleinstellungen an
Tippe auf das **Zahnrad-Symbol** rechts neben der Aktivierungstaste, um:
- Geräteinformationen wie Seriennummer und Batteriestatus anzuzeigen
- Den Schließton ein- oder auszuschalten
- Die Dauer des Aktivzustands einzustellen

### 8. Aktualisiere deine Profileinstellungen
Tippe unten rechts in der App auf das **Zahnrad** und gehe zu **Mein Konto**, um:
- Telefonnummer oder E-Mail-Adresse zu ändern
- Dein Passwort zu aktualisieren
- Deine bevorzugte Sprache einzustellen
So bleibt dein Konto sicher und leicht wiederherstellbar.
